Location is fantastic, right across from the Cathedral. Elevator needs a worker to operate it. Rooms are very clean but show some wear. No food service at all. Staff are super helpful. Room 302 has a great view.

I enjoyed my stay at Roma in Durango, right across from the vibrant main plaza. Despite some minor issues like the manually operated elevator, the central location and the helpful staff made my visit good.

We stayed for 5 nights in a cozy double room with two double beds. The bathroom was newly remodeled, and the vibe was nostalgic in such a charming building. While the lobby was a bit shabby, the room exceeded expectations! I would definitely stay here again for the comfort and unique character.

This hotel surprised us with its charm and cleanliness, despite the worn-out lobby and some dated areas. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with vibrant views and access to local dining. We appreciated the comfortable, renovated room with a lovely terrace.

I had a cozy stay in a charming king room with a lovely private terrace. The hotel offered nice relaxation areas, including a sunlit patio to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads-up, check-in took longer than expected, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 🌞

great location, pleasant exterior, large public space
Rooms need a serious upgrade!!! The manual elevator is tedious and inconvenient. The lobby looks like it hasn't seen a renovation in ages!!! Water issues made my shower time disappointing.

Just a fine choice for a two-day stay in Durango with outstanding value. The large, recently remodeled room had a fantastic bathroom and a private terrace overlooking The Cathedral. Make sure to request a room on the third floor for a great experience.

easy access to parks and historical landmarks
the convenience of being less than a 5-minute walk to Plaza de Armas made my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable. Visiting the beautiful Museo Palacio de los Gurza nearby was a highlight during my stay. overall, the experience fit my love for city explorations perfectly, but the check-in process could be smoother for future guests.

A great location across from the cathedral and main plaza was a highlight of the stay. The renovated room offered beautiful custom-made decor and a fantastic bathroom, including a spacious walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the lobby and common areas felt neglected, with a dated elevator and shabby furniture that made a poor first impression.

If you’re a meat lover, check out the grilled goodness at Zocabon—definitely a highlight! Plus, the staff at the hotel were super chill and helpful, making me feel right at home. Also, the central location is a total win for getting around town.
Had a bit of a rough start with the reservation debacle—took way too long to check-in, and the room was smaller than I’d like with some visible wear and tear. Water issues made my shower time less than luxurious, but the vibe was still upbeat in the area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Our room was spacious and offered a comfortable king-size bed, along with great air conditioning. The location is unbeatable, right across from the main plaza, perfect for exploring Durango.
The elevator is manually operated, which can be inconvenient.

Great location for a night
Stayed here for 4 nights. The location is definitely the highlight! It’s close to everything you want to see. However, the rooms are kinda outdated and the elevator’s old school. a staff member has to run it for you. The bathroom design isn’t great, too—water gets everywhere after a shower. No breakfast option on site either.

Couples looking for a good deal
Hotel had a fantastic location,, right across from the main cathedral,, and the staff were friendly and helpful,, which made everything easier. The room we got was unexpectedly fresh and modern with a nice view of the street,, felt more upscale than we expected for the price.
It wasn’t cheap,, but still acceptable.
